The hotel is perfectly located in Patong, being near everything you need. It is close to the beautiful beach and just a short walk away from the bustling Jungcelon shopping center. The staff is attentive and provides great service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having a bathtub for that extra relaxation. Moreover, the breakfast caters to various tastes, offering a good selection of options.
All was in order, nothing to complain about.

Rooms is always clean.Good and helpful staff but they dont really know much about the city.. Good location from beach and shopping centers.. Quite noisy environment coz too many building constructions around the hotel but nonetheless im satisfied with my stay..

We stayed at the hotel during 2 nights. The hotel itself it's not so bad: the rooms are big and more or less clean. There is a tuk tuk transfer to the beach, but only available from 9 to 18^00 one way.
The staff it's not very helpful. The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes.

I loved staying at this hotel as it was centrally located. Everything was nearby, from the shopping center to the beach. The staff were friendly and cute. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including an indoor/outdoor pool and free wifi. the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Convenient location, near restaurants and shopping. Nice pool, beautiful and clean. Good breakfast buffet, enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was great! It was within walking distance to all the fun nightlife and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the free breakfast offered each morning.
Our stay was not entirely enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found some stains on the bedding and bathroom that were not taken care of properly. The noise level from the nearby streets and neighboring guests kept us up at night on multiple occasions. we were disappointed with our new year experience at this hotel.

Located conveniently near the beach and shopping center, the hotel's location makes it an ideal choice for those wanting to relax on the beach or shop at the Jungcelon shopping center. the clean and comfortable rooms, along with friendly service will make for a pleasant stay. Free wifi is also provided.
There are concerns regarding security, which may detract from some guests' overall experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool provided a great way to cool off after a long day, and the buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The location was good, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We appreciated the airport shuttle service as well.
Our room faced a busy road and the noise from traffic was quite loud, even at night. The towels provided were quite worn and could use an update.
